Across Finland’s archipelago and inland lakes are places where architecture becomes secondary to the landscape, allowing nature, light and silence to take the lead.

We’re happy to see Space of Mind featured in Drifting Through Nordic Islands, a book exploring eleven remote Finnish island cabins and the stories they hold.

Space of Mind was conceived around a similar idea: creating the essentials for a moment of retreat, while leaving space for the surrounding landscape to become part of the experience.
