Set within the pine forest and rocky landscape of Pickala, this upcoming Housing Fair home explores a way of living where architecture and nature are closely intertwined.

Rather than forming a single, enclosed volume, the house is composed of smaller functional parts, creating a sequence of spaces that allows nature, light and views to accompany everyday life from one space to another. Finnish wood and natural stone connect the architecture to its surroundings, while the human-scale design creates a warm and grounded atmosphere.

Designed specifically for its site in Pickala, the concept is also adaptable. Its different elements can be rearranged and scaled to respond to changing lifestyles, locations and ways of living.

The project will be presented at the 2027 Housing Fair in Pickala, Siuntio.
